1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EasyPDF Secure (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by JENA Tech & AI (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EasyPDF Secure provides online PDF conversion tools. We process documents temporarily and delete all files automatically within 15 minutes of processing. No account is required for pay-per-use conversions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload files you do not own or have authorization to convert
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass our security systems
Automate uploads in a way that exceeds our rate limits
Upload content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours
Resell conversions without our written permission

4. Payments and Refunds

Pay-per-use conversions are charged at $0.99 per conversion
Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once the file is successfully converted and available for download
If your conversion fails or produces an unusable output, you will receive a full refund or free retry
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee conversion accuracy for all document types. Complex formatting, fonts, and embedded content may not convert perfectly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for loss of data, indirect damages, or consequential losses.

7. File Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. You represent that you have the legal right to convert them. We assume no liability for the content of uploaded files.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no guarantees. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime may occur. We are not liable for service interruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be noted on our website.
